Guests will need WiFi for their laptops
set up tables for 45 - one chair each; see diagram plus 3 food tables to right of gym entry as you walk in (near the plug in the wall). We will also need an extension cord. See attached diagram.
Lunch will be in the courtyard.
10/15/2024: Per Lisa O'Brien, 6ft tables from Tempe are permissible to use to complete the 43 needed.
