Tents / tables / chairs needed for the Block party
For this event we need the following.
3 each 10x20 Tents- This is the number we had last year.
2 each 10x10 Pop up tents
As many white folding chairs
3x8 White tables
We will have volunteers to help set up and to tear down. It would be nice for facilites to help with tear down as well
Please have tents, tables and chairs delivered by 8:30 am. Volunteers are arriving to set up at 9am.
