We need 42 white chairs set up for the recital. They can be added behind the black chairs. This can be done anytime next week or anytime before 7:30 AM or after 5:30 PM the week of camp, 6/12-6/16.
Friendly reminder, we will need the hallways between the music hall and the restrooms/main hallway cleared for guests, as well as AC and lights on, and bathrooms cleaned and stocked for the recital on Friday night. (Grades K-8 campers will be using the bathroom throughout the week with adult supervision, so just be aware of that so no tools or sharp objects are left out between the Music Hall and the restrooms.)
We will be using the Student Union as a dressing room for students on Friday. Please make sure that room has the A/C on by 5pm and is clean enough for 50 campers.
