HS Chorale at Graduation

Please have the trailer at the back music hall door at 8AM to transport music stands, amps, and drums to Tempe campus auditorium for 9:30AM rehearsal. Please have a facilities member ready to drive loaded trailer to Tempe campus auditorium as soon as it is loaded.

Please have a U-Haul at Tempe campus auditorium at 8PM to transport 4 sections of choir risers back to high school as well as music stands, drums, and amps. Once at the high school campus, the music equipment will need to be returned to the music hall and the risers will need to be stored for the summer. Instruments can't be left in the U-Haul in the heat as it will damage the instruments. Students will not be available to assist.
